Seepex: New Hire, Promotions, and Retirement

SEEPEX is pleased to announce Ellyn Chaney has joined the team as the HR Manager; the promotions of Joey Cherry to Director of Operations, Jeannie Raymond to General Manager for Stator Production, and John Salyers to Regional Sales Manager; and the retirement of Mike Dillon, former President.

Ellyn Chaney (No photo available) has joined the SEEPEX team as the HR Manager. She brings 15 years of HR experience with her from another local German-owned manufacturing company. Ellyn will be covering HR related responsibilities previously handled by Ginger Brooks.

Ginger Brooks has moved into a new, part-time specialized role after 23 years of growing the HR department and SEEPEX Inc. We thank Ginger for her dedicated years of service and are excited to have Ellyn joining us.

Joey Cherry has been promoted to Director of Operations. He joined SEEPEX over 11 years ago and has advanced within his career, proving himself to be a committed company advocate.

Joey plays a key role in Operations and will continue overseeing supply chain and production activities. His drive to ensure the timeliness of our products and services and his strategic partnerships with fellow managers will continue as well.

Jeannie Raymond has accepted the new position of General Manager for the Stator Production Department. In this new position, Jeannie will be responsible for streamlining stator production and ensuring quality controls are being met or exceeded. Jeannie has been with SEEPEX for over 8 years, in the most recent role of Quality Manager and prior to that in the role of Aftermarket Manager. Her background and knowledge of SEEPEX operations and her project management skills will be key in this new position.

Carl Wells, 7+ year SEEPEX employee, has moved into the Quality Manager position. Carl was previously the Purchasing Supervisor.

John Salyers has been promoted to the newly created position of Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Region. John has been with SEEPEX for the past 11 years, most recently in the position of Territory Manager, Ohio Valley. In his new role he will manage the Ohio Valley, Ontario, and Great Plains territories.

Mike Dillon former President, has retired. After devoting his entire career to the progressive pump industry, Mike is looking forward to his next adventure in life.

SEEPEX Inc. was fortunate enough to have Mike as a guiding force in growing the business from the ground up into the company it is today. We thank Mike for his dedication to growing the business, the people, and his 31 years with SEEPEX. Best wishes to him in retirement and all of his future endeavors.

Mark Jones, President since 2017, will continue leading SEEPEX Inc. into the future.
