Scott A. Crum Named Senior Vice President, Director of HR at ITT Industries

The Board of Directors of ITT Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ITT) today elected Scott A. Crum to the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources for the Corporation. Crum joined ITT Industries recently as Director of Human Resources, responsible for establishing policy and leading the company's global human resources strategy.

Prior to joining ITT Industries, Crum was corporate vice president at Motorola Corporation's Broadband Communications sector. Crum lead corporate human resources at General Instrument Corporation in Horsham, Pennsylvania, where he was Senior Vice President for Administration & Employee Resources, when that company was sold to Motorola in 2000.
