ContiTech’s new premium hose is resistant to the most commonly used cleaning agents and sanitizers as well as to virtually all chemicals. It can also withstand extreme temperatures as high as 125°C, with intermittent peaks up to 150°C. This sturdy, multi-purpose hose is designed for use in both the food and beverage industry and the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.

Its white, smooth, non-porous inner lining made of high-grade fluoroplastic is especially well suited for liquids with a heavy grease and oil content. Absolutely odor- and taste-neutral, the lining of the Fluoropal Food + Drink hose conforms to regulations laid down by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). A pressure-bearing textile ply makes the hose resistant to buckling. The excellent ozone- and weather-resistance of the high-temperature-stable EPDM outer layer gives it just the right product characteristics for a long life. In combination with Pagufix 3000 swaged fittings and rubber protective rings, it provides an ideal hose solution with many practical benefits.
