Production of stators for submersible motors will be transferred to factory in Hungary

As part of the transfer of Grundfos motor production, the production of stators for submersible motors will be transferred to the Group's new factory in Hungary by March 1, 2003.

The reason for this transfer is the wish to consolidate the Group's competitive power. The transfer will affect 45 staff, all of whom will be

offered jobs in the remaining production.
