Wilden’s Original Series Plastic pumps ensure reliability by featuring unique characteristics that are essential in the transfer of chemicals, including proven air distribution systems, progressive diaphragm technology, and clamped wetted path designs. By utilizing its unique design, these Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm plastic pumps are submersible and durable, keeping it cost effective and giving it a longer mean time between service.

The Original Series pumps now feature Wilden’s state-of-the-art Efficiency Management System (EMS), which optimizes the Original Series for the actual operation parameters regardless of the application demands or pump size. The EMS allows the operator to use an integrated control dial to select the efficiency point and flow rate that best suits the chemical transfer application. The results are true cost savings brought on by higher performance, lower operational costs and reduced energy costs.

Original Series Plastic pumps with the Pro-Flo X EMS are offered in two sizes, from the 38 mm (1 1/2”) PX4 and the 51 mm (2”) PX8 models. Both models can handle pressures up to 8.6 bar (125 psi), while the PX4 features a flow rate of 363 lpm (96 gpm) and the PX8 a flow rate of 594 lpm (157 gpm). Wilden also offers a multitude of elastomer options, including Teflon PTFE, to meet your abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility concerns ensuring these pumps go far beyond what was considered the industry standard.
