Pims Group Acquire Gilkes Water Engineering Business
Pims Group, a supplier of pump station maintenance and installation services, today announced the acquisition of Gilbert Gilkes & Gordon Water Engineering Division for an undisclosed sum.
Gilkes Water Engineering design, install and refurbish sewage pump stations for the water utility market. Gilkes have framework and supply agreements with a number of water plcs and their prime contractors.
Commenting on the deal, Charlie White – Pims MD said “Our acquisition of Gilkes’ pump station business expands our ability to serve the utility market over the coming AMP4 period and further strengthens our position as a significant service provider to the sector.”
