Pfeiffer Vacuum Establishes Subsidiary in Moscow

Pfeiffer Vacuum extends its number of subsidiaries by one in Moscow. The purpose of the new facility is to enable the company to be closer to its customers in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries and to be able to serve them faster.

So the Russian subsidiary will house sales and service units as well as a warehouse. It is a part of Pfeiffer Vacuum’s strategy to broaden its presence in Eastern Europe and support this region’s industrial development with fast product availability and its own service staff.

Pfeiffer Vacuum Chief Executive Officer Manfred Bender notes: “Russia and its neighbors are an important growth market for us across all market segments. The research sector has traditionally been especially strong there. But also local vacuum system manufacturers and the entire field of industrial applications are highlights in a good overall market environment.”
