Peristaltic Hose Pumps For Viscous and Abrasive Media
ProMinent is supplementing its pump portfolio for the peristaltic hose pump segment with the Dulcoflex range for low, medium and high flow rates.
The peristaltic hose pump DULCOflex DFBa is designed for small and medium flow rates of up to 375 l/h at 8 bar. With rollers and fabric-reinforced hoses, it is ideal for heavy-duty industrial use.
With flow rates from 17 - 25 000 l/h and a wide range of hose materials, these pumps are suitable for both laboratory and industrial applications.
For low pressures of up to 8 bar the pumps are fitted with roller technology, while for higher pressures of up to 16 bar they have shoes with lubrication. The key benefits of these peristaltic hose pumps include a low-impact material transport, dry priming and the transport of viscous and abrasive materials. The material only comes into contact with the hose and may be liquid or gaseous in consistency. Because of the low-impact nature of the design, even shear-sensitive products can be transported without a problem.
