Optional Features Allow Pumps To Display Versatility in Chemical-Handling Applications
Almatec has designed and constructed its CHEMICOR Series Metal Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps with product chambers that have soft contours, resulting in smooth flow channels and no dead spaces. This makes CHEMICOR Series pumps ideal for operations that feature the handling and transfer of chemicals.

The CHEMICOR Series pumps are also available with a number of optional features that allow operators to customize the pumps for the specific needs of their facilities. These optional features that operators can choose from include a pulsation damper, back-flushing system, barrier chamber system, diaphragm monitor, stroke counting and extended special ports for use in sanitary conditions.
When combined with the CHEMICOR Series’ standard features—including compact solid design, easy-start-up, rotating parts and shaft seals, gentle displacement, dry-running and self-priming operation, no diaphragm discs and Almatec’s patented maintenance-free air-control system (PERSWING P) without a dead center—these pumps set an industry-leading standard in the handling of chemicals.
CHEMICOR pumps are available in three volume sizes: 75-lpm/20-gpm (AD 20), 150-lpm/40-gpm (AD 32) and 400-lpm/100-gpm (AD 50). The CHEMICOR’s components have been chosen with chemical compatibility in mind, including stainless-steel, precision-cast housing, diaphragms of EPDM and PTFE, and ball valves consisting of EPDM and PTFE.
