New Rovatti High Efficiency SNE Pump Series

29.10.2010

As pumping systems currently account for about 20 percent of industrial energy consumption worldwide, the optimization of resources can lower running costs and reduce environmental impact to a significant extent.

New Rovatti EN 733-compliant high efficiency SNE pump series offers the possibility of increasing the efficiency of all plants, ensuring exceptional hydraulic performance and minimal maintenance costs. By paying constant and particular attention to strict international technical standards and the legislation on energy efficiency, Rovatti Pompe has succeeded in creating a new series of standardized pumps that break new grounds in terms of low energy consumption.

The efficiency of these pumps is, in fact, close to 90 percent, offering clear benefits both financially (massive energy saving) and in terms of the environment (reduced CO2 emissions).

Moreover, as about 30 percent of energy consumption in the European Union is attributable to electric motors, the need to design installations that use high performance pumps becomes a priority.

Available both with mechanical seal and packed gland for all sizes (from DN 32 to DN 150), the entire Rovatti SNE range corresponds to the diverse needs of the market.

Key facts:

  • “Back pull out design”: Removable hydraulic part without moving the motor and disconnecting the pump body

  • Quickly replaceable wear rings

  • ease of maintenance thanks to

the Twinner System and the high reliability offered by the oversized bearings
