In addition to improving on the features you have come to expect from one of the World’s leading manufacturers, we have also incorporated many new and unique developments to increase the performance envelope and functionality of the product.

The SLBL and SLDL are the first two sizes to be launched and fit neatly within the existing OnLine range. New displacements (0.122 and 0.520 litres/rev respectively) provide the ability to more closely meet specific application requirements.

In all, there will be 15 displacements over 8 frame sizes. The 8 short rotor length pumps having a 15 bar differential pressure capability with the 7 long rotor pumps rated to 10 bar.

SteriLobe offers a new range of front access seals. In all cases the entire seal, whether plain single, single flushed, or double, can be easily withdrawn and replaced from the front, without the need to remove the pump from the line. The seal housing is compatible with DIN 24960 L1K, enabling customer preferred or proprietary seals to be utilised.

Especially suited to CIP applications, SteriLobe is designed in accordance with EHEDG and 3A requirements. Simple “O” ring seal variants are also available, running on a hard-coated shaft sleeve, providing a simple and low cost sealing alternative for situations where daily strip cleaning may be a requirement.
