Sundyne Corporation announces the promotion of Jeff Wiemelt to the position of Vice President and General Manager. Daryl Lamy was named Director of Sales for the Americas & Asia.

Since joining Sundyne in 1988, Jeff has held several key management positions, most recently Vice President, Product Management, Operations, and Information Systems. He has played a critical role in the development process for the AnySpeed Products, Sundyne Strategic Planning and our Operations Transformation, and the journey to ACE Gold. These initiatives are crucial to the future success of Sundyne, and Jeff’s leadership has been invaluable in making them a reality.

In his role as VP/GM, Jeff will also be responsible for the leadership and direction of the Marketing and Sales teams (The Americas and Asia), and Environmental, Health & Safety. Jeff’s experience with Sundyne’s people and his knowledge of our business processes will serve him well in his new role. By aligning these additional functional areas under Jeff, along with each employee’s dedication and commitment, we are well positioned to implement the strategies necessary to improve profitability and grow the business. Of equal importance, Jeff is well respected for his unwavering commitment to customer and employee satisfaction and safety, all of which are necessary for Sundyne to succeed in today’s very competitive environment and worldwide markets.

Jeff holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Denver University.

BPMA Welcomes its New President

Lee Tebbatt, Managing Director of Wilo UK has been announced as the new President of the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA), following a two-year tenure in the role of Vice President. The position was officially passed on during the BPMA’s Annual General Meeting and follows the two-year term in office by the previous President, Dale Croker, Managing Director of KSB UK.
