Wanner Engineering Inc., introduces Stan-Cor Teflon®‚ Series centrifugal pumps. These corrosion-resistant solid Teflon pumps offer reduced lead times and lower cost compared with metallic counterparts.

New Corrosion-Resistant Pump

Stan-Cor Teflon® centrifugal pump

These non-metallic ANSI pumps feature a solid Teflon‚ pump head for exceptional chemical compatibility and corrosion/abrasion resistance with fluid temperatures up to 325°F. They are designed specifically for pumping dirty, abrasive, corrosive and reclaim process fluids in any number of harsh, industrial applications. They provide total dynamic head to 90 feet and flow rates to 500 GPM.

Similar metallic pumps require high alloy content for corrosion resistance, making the Stan-Cor Teflon‚ Series up to 25% less costly. Additionally, the Stan-Cor Teflon‚ Series features lead-time of just five days, while comparable metallic pump lead-times can be as long as12 weeks.

Stan-Cor's cost-effective, rugged and compact design provides additional advantages over other centrifugal pumps. The concentric casing design provides superior flow patterns for less turbulence, longer seal life and reduced shaft deflection. A heavy-duty drive shaft and duplex contact thrust bearings ensure low maintenance and durable performance in the toughest fluid and high temperature applications.
