New Chairman at Allweiler AG

The Executive Board positions at Allweiler AG were rearranged in mid-March 2005.Klaus Stahlmann is now the CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board and Frank Kirchner is the CFO and Member of the Executive Board. Campbell Walton is no longer a member of the company's Executive Board.

In the beginning of 2005, the Colfax Corporation, Allweiler's American parent company, restructured its management. The company now focuses exclusively on technologies and applications that are directly related to pumping liquid media. The "Power Transmission" business segment has been sold.

The current corporate structure places the greatest weight on Allweiler AG. Following the departure of Campbell Walton, current Member of the Executive Board Klaus Stahlmann will take over the the position of the CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of the company. Mr. Stahlmann will continue his responsibilities as Vice-President of the Colfax Group for the entire group's sales in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East.

Frank Kirchner, until now Director of Finance in Europe, was appointed to the Allweiler AG Executive Board. As before, as the Chief Financial Officer he will be responsible for all commercial and financial issues.

BPMA Welcomes its New President

Lee Tebbatt, Managing Director of Wilo UK has been announced as the new President of the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA), following a two-year tenure in the role of Vice President. The position was officially passed on during the BPMA’s Annual General Meeting and follows the two-year term in office by the previous President, Dale Croker, Managing Director of KSB UK.
