Since the founding of Butting Brasil in 2009 and the construction of a production location at Araquari in the state of Santa Catarina in 2014, the affiliated company of the Butting Group has been growing continuously. Recently our comprehensive range of products and services has been supplemented by a pipe store.

Since the beginning of the year, Butting Brasil has entered a new stage: in Araquari we are storing longitudinally welded stainless steel pipes made from the materials TP 304 / 304L and TP 316 / 316L in available sizes 6” (168.3 mm) to 24” (610 mm). The store is our response to rising demand. The high quality pipes are produced in Knesebeck, transported to the store and will satisfy the future demands of customers on site at short notice.

When a sales office was established in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil, an important step was taken towards a greater presence in this emerging country. Under the motto of an “Effective global network” as part of our mission statement, we can now serve the American market directly on site, thanks to our location in Brazil. Five years later, we are setting a new milestone in the most populous country in South America: setting up single-part production for spools, piping components and vessels in Araquari.
