New Board Member Proposed for Atlas Copco AB

Atlas Copco’s Nomination Committee proposes Heléne Mellquist as new member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB from April 26.

Heléne Mellquist, born 1964, is a Swedish citizen with a Bachelor in International Business Studies from University of Gothenburg. She is a Board member of Alfa Laval AB and Thule Group AB and President of Volvo Penta. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Volvo Trucks Europe and Volvo Trucks International. Heléne Mellquist has also held the position as CEO of TransAtlantic AB.

The proposal includes re-election of Board members Hans Stråberg (Chair), Staffan Bohman, Mats Rahmström, Johan Forssell, Anna Ohlsson-Leijon, Gordon Riske and Peter Wallenberg Jr. Tina Donikowski does not stand for re-election.

Shareholders will vote on the Nomination Committee’s proposal by postal vote or at Atlas Copco’s Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2022, in Aula Medica in Solna, Sweden.

Endress+Hauser Initiates Generational Change

Changes will take place at the top of the Endress+Hauser Group at the beginning of 2024. As previously announced, Dr Klaus Endress will give up his responsibilities as president of the Supervisory Board. He is to be succeeded by CEO Matthias Altendorf. The new CEO of the Group will be Dr Peter Selders, the present head of the center of competence for level and pressure measurement technology.
