New Appointments Give Boost to Mono

Mono Pumps has expanded the personnel at its office in Beijing, China, with the appointment of Alan Chen as Internal Application Support Engineer.

Alan joins the existing staff at the office, which was established to provide dedicated sales, technical and aftermarket support to Mono's growing list of customers in the Chinese market. Alan's appointment will enable Mono to provide more rapid response to enquiries from customers in this region, and his local industry knowledge will further improve the level of service available to those customers.

Mono has also emphasised its commitment to the Shanghai region with the appointment of William Tan who brings considerable industry experience to his new role as Regional Manager, Environmental Industry.

In order to respond to customer demands for a locally based service and support capability, Mono has become the first major European manufacturer of pumps and macerating equipment to open a customer support facility based in Shanghai, China. Based in a National Oilwell facility, the 6,000 sq ft complex covers local assembly, service activities and spares supply.
