New ABSEL User Manual
ABS Pumps provides now the new version of the user manual for its pump selection software ABSEL.
ABSEL V1,71 has been released and included on the ABSEL CD are two additional ABS software.
ABSEL is a software system, for easy and quick selection of pumps from the ABS catalogue and for printout of documentation (technical data sheets, characteristic curves, dimension drawings). The selection of a suitable pump can be done by direct selection in the product selection browser or by hydraulic selection via the duty point. There are the options of calculating the characteristic curves for serial and parallel operation.
The software supports the analysis and the display of all common types of characteristics family curves. For the duty point adaptation of curves there are different methods applied, e.g. reducing the impeller diameter and changing of the operating speed using a frequency control device. Apart from this all statements of curve correction for high viscosity NEWTONian fluids in accordance with the Hydraulic Institute can be used.

PSD (Pump sump Design) allows you to quickly and efficiently design a pump sump with ABS pumps. The software will create an initial design based on the design information you enter, and will then allow you to modify the design to suit individual requirements.
ABSCAD (ABS Cad drawings) is a program where the Autocad installation drawings of our products can be found. The drawings are available as drop-down menu once the program has been installed onto your Autocad program.
