The company Lutz-Jesco GmbH in Wedemark near Hannover took over Technopool Schwimmbadtechnologie GmbH in Bissendorf near Osnabrück on the first of July 2003. Mr. Heinz Lutz is the new managing director of Technopool.

The main future business activity will remain the innovative Technopool process for water treatment in swimming pools. The product range of Lutz-Jesco GmbH includes dosing pumps, chlorinators, dry feeders, measuring and control technology, chemical centrifugal pumps, complete dosing systems and a large range of accessories for these product groups.

The transfer of Technopool to Lutz-Jesco GmbH results in new future prospects. With its new strategic adjustment and its domestic and international sales organization, Lutz-Jesco offers the required competence to strengthen Technopool and to complete the product range of both companies effectively.
