With the Hypomix®, a system which provides a perfect combination of innovative design, high performance, low energy consumption and simple installation was introduced onto the market. Comparative calculations based on reference projects reinforce over and over again the conclusion that the HYPOMIX® is economically and technically superior for the size of basin for which it was developed (rectangular and circular basins from 80 up to 500 square meters base area and over 4 meters depth).
The hyperboloid mixing system distinguishes itself by producing a homogeneous vertical and symmetrical liquid flow without causing surface turbulence, essential in biological denitrification and phosphorous removal processes.
The flow velocity at the bottom of the tank is uniform and powerful, thus preventing sedimentation.
