JESCO: New Standard Pump Type N

12.04.2001

JESCO Dosiertechnik, one of the leading manufacturers of components, systems and accessories of metering, conveying and measuring & control technology for water and waste water treatment, introduce their chemical standard pump N.

Chemical centrifugal pumps are mainly used in applications which require a comprehensive chemical resistance of all parts in contact with the medium to be conveyed.

These are chemical and industrial plants, refineries, food industry, applications in process technology, as well as water treatment and waste water disposal.

N-type standard pumps are normal-priming, single-stage plastic centrifugal pumps with spiral housing. They are available in all common plastic materials and allow flow rates of up to 450 m3/h at a total lift of up to 100m. The pumps of this series were developed to meet the requirements of the chemical industry and are therefore especially suited to pump pure or solid matter containing, acid or alkaline, low-viscosity liquids.

All wetted-end parts are made of highly resistant materials and can be adapted to the individual needs of the customer.

Maintenance of the N-type standard pumps is fast and easy. Their modular design ensures simple dismantling of the bearing support without removing the pipe connections and the motor. The pump housing is available in PP and PVDF as standard materials and in PE and PVC as special materials. Its sturdy construction guarantees a smooth and vibration-free operation.
