Jean-Michel Duley to retire, Sylvain Bazin named President Director General (PDG) of Sundstrand International, S.A.

Jean-Michel Duley, Vice President, Industrial Business Development and President

Director General (PDG) of Sundstrand International S.A. in France, will retire from the company

effective February 14, 2001. Sylvain Bazin, General Manager of the Sundyne Europe

operations based in Dijon, France, will succeed Mr. Duley in the PDG role.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jean-Michel Duley for his long and

distinguished service to Sundstrand International S.A. Jean-Michel first joined the company in

1970 and has held many positions of leadership during his career. He was previously General

Manager of Fluid Handling Europe, and in 1998 he accepted his current position with

responsibility for Sundstrand Industrial European strategic business development efforts in

conjunction with the Falk, Sullair, Sundyne, and Milton Roy management teams. He has

contributed significantly to the success of Sundyne Europe. Please join me in sincerely

thanking Jean-Michel and wishing him well in his retirement.

In addition to the PDG role, Sylvain Bazin continues to be responsible for all Sundyne

Europe activity. Sylvain joined Sundyne in February 2000 as Director, Customer Service, and

was promoted in December 2000 to General Manager. Prior to joining Sundyne, Sylvain was

with Dosapro Milton Roy (DMR) for 19 years. Please take a moment to congratulate Sylvain on

his appointment and provide him your support.
