ITT Industries Declares $0.16 Per Share First Quarter Dividend and Sets Annual Shareholder Meeting

The Board of Directors of ITT Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ITT) declared a cash dividend of $0.16 per share for the first quarter of 2003, payable April 1, 2003, to shareholders of record on March 14, 2003.

The Board also voted to set the annual meeting for ITT Industries shareholders. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. EDT at Tappan Hill, 81 Highland Avenue,

Tarrytown, New York. All shareholders of record as of March 21, 2003 are

invited to attend.
