Industrial Products in Compliance with ATEX

Lowara have introduced within three of its key industrial product ranges the possibility of configurations that are in compliance with Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX 95).

As of 1st July 2003 all products sold or installed into an explosive area must comply with this Directive.

The applicable pump ranges are; FHS and FHF horizontal cast iron end suction, SHS and SHF horizontal 316 stainless steel end suction and the newly extended SV multistage.

All compliant ranges are supplied in special configurations that meet the ATEX 95 requirements and are classified as Group II, Category 3 suitable for Gas environments.

These product ranges are added to the already qualified Vogel branded pumps which allows Lowara to offer units that cover flow rates up to 300 m3/h and delivery heads of up to 480 metres.
