Hydromatic Announces New Above Ground Lift Station

The new Hydromatic PFC6X6 is engineered to utilize Hydromatic’s 40RP “Rapid Prime” self-primer pumps. Enclosed in a fiberglass covered, six foot by six foot primer station, the new above ground lift station is designed to meet and exceed industry specifications for remote primer lift stations as well as provide unmatched benefits to the customer. The new station is pre-engineered, economical and ships complete from the factory for easy installation with the incoming power and piping connections.

For an added security, the PFC6X6 station is designed to be vandal-resistant. The new station comes complete with four access panels, two lockable-hinged doors and two solid fastened panels with tamper-proof screws, providing easy access for routine maintenance. The station will accommodate two 4˝, V-belt driven self-primer pumps. The pumps are complete with an open drip proof “T” frame motors up to 25 HP with flows from 70 to 600 GPM. Piping includes individual suction lines terminating at the 90˚ suction elbow, individual discharge swing check valves, a three-way plug valve, and individual air bleed lines with shut off valves. To regulate the temperature a thermostat controlled vent fan is furnished in the station. To complement the standard features, a variety of options are available for the station and controls.
