Holland Pump Became New Distributor of Selwood

17.06.2003

In keeping with Selwood's intention to attack the market in the United States, Selwood has appointed the Holland Pump Company as distributor in America for the sale and rental of its pumps.

The head office and main branch of the new distributor are located in West Palm Beach. It has branches throughout Florida in Fort Myers, Hollywood, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa as well as branches in Norfolk, Virginia and Walterboro, South Carolina. A significant number of parts will also be stocked at specific locations.

Selwood's sales manager responsible for the North American market said, "We are very pleased to have the Holland Pump Company on board. It is a well established company with a strong reputation for quality products and service. We are committed to this market and hope to appoint more distributors in other parts of the United States later this year."

Earlier this year Selwood launched a new range of pumps tailored to market demands - a more compact and competitive range without compromising on quality or reliability. A new super silent generation of pumps was also introduced with noise levels as low as 62db(A). A dedicated wellpoint dewatering pump has also been launched and new versions of other pumps will be introduced throughout the year.
