High Pressure Air Operated Mini Pump

The SM-3 mini pumps are designed for low flow applications with pressures up to 22,500 psi. Its unique air motor design offers four modes of operation; standard, remote, single cycle, and manual. The pumps are easy and quick to service; no bolts just a simple rod design. Fewer moving parts, longer service life and cost effective replacement parts. The SM-3 mini pump features low air consumption, standard mechanical separation,low cost aluminum fluid end for oil service and stainless steel for water and corrosive service application.

The SM-3 mini pump develops high output pressures by applying the principle of differential areas. The pump has a large area piston, air-driven at low pressures. This air piston drives a small area fluid piston that in turn pumps liquid at high pressures. It is applicable across a variety of industries including aerospace,automotive, chemical, fluid power, and machine tool.
