High-performance Vacuum and Roughing Pumps
High pumping performance with significantly reduced physical size these are the key features of the new series N 950.50 KNE diaphragm vacuum pumps from KNF Neuberger.

The pumps transfer 55 liters at atmospheric pressure and achieve an ultimate vacuum of 2 mbar absolute. Thanks to a newly developed, (patent applied for) parallel and series connection for the pump heads, especially short pump down times are possible.
The new models are used as a roughing pump for high-vacuum systems as well as in a variety of applications including chemical engineering and analysis. They are universally chemical-resistant, oil-free, transfer media without contamination and are highly compatible with vapor and condensation. As an option the units can be equipped with a gas ballast for exausting moisture out of the pump when moist media are used.
A control connection allows the pumps to be controlled externally, so that the flow can be adapted to the respective requirements of the process. It is also possible to turn the pumps on and off using a control signal.
The new series includes two versions: a pump with a brushless 24V motor and a version for AC voltage. The latter has an automatic mains detecting function, so that it is compatible with power sources worldwide. Both drives feature high efficiency, resulting in less heat radiation to the surroundings.
