Hayward Tyler Continues to Build Order Book With More Contracts from China
Hayward Tyler Group Ltd – a leading manufacturer, supplier and service repairer of pumps and motors – is pleased to announce that it has further strengthened its forward order book by receiving additional new orders for Glandless Motor Pumps from Shanghai Boiler Works (SBWL) and Dong Fang Boiler Group (DFGB) in China.
In total, this brings the number of pump units ordered by the two companies in 2007 to 37, the collective value of these orders being in excess of £15 million.
The latest set of orders are all for Hayward Tyler’s Glandless Motor Pumps which will be used on Advanced Supercritical Once-Through (“ASOT”) boiler sets that are being built for new power stations in China – in particular SBWL’s Bin Cheng, Jing Tai and Peng Cheng projects and DFGB’s Ning De project.
John Ling, General Manager of Hayward Tyler, China, commented: “We are naturally delighted to have secured these further orders from SBWL and DFGB. China and the Asia region continue to be a powerhouse of industrial growth and it is important that we continue to grow our market leading position in these markets as they drive for cleaner energy provision.”
Local aftermarket support is currently provided through Hayward Tyler’s service facility in Kunshan, near Shanghai.
