Grundfos supplier award 2001

For the third time a company has received the Grundfos Group Supplier Award. All European Grundfos production companies were in complete agreement nominating AEG Kondensatoren und Wandler GmbH, Germany.

AEG received the supplier award of year 2001 on May 17th 2002 at a reception at Grundfos A/S at Bjerringbro, Denmark.

On the photo above you see Group Vice President Poul Vesterbæk from Grundfos handing over the award to Managing Director Rheinhard Wiegang from AEG.

You also see Sales Manager Aida Caesar from AEG and Purchasing Director Niels Qvortrup and Purchaser Lene Bunch from Grundfos.

Through almost 20 years AEG have been a supplier of capacitors to the Grundfos Group, and during the years they have developed in a positive way as regards quality, delivery ability, service, communication, and environmetal awareness.

AEG has rationalized their production and moved part of it to low-cost areas.

AEG is always ready to take up new challenges both as regards new designs and as regards other demands on newly developed products.

British Water’s annual UK Water Company Performance Survey asks contractors, consultants and suppliers to rate their clients’ performance in 12 areas, including professionalism, contractual approach and communication. For the third year running, innovation continues to be the lowest scoring area – at a time when there are widespread calls for water companies to find new ways of working to address key challenges. The average score for innovation was 6.3, which has dropped from last year’s average score of 6.4 out of ten.
