Gretchen McClain Elected Vice President of ITT Corporation

ITT Corporation announced that the Board of Directors has elected Gretchen McClain, 44, as a Vice President of the Company. McClain was recently appointed President of the Fluid Technology Group, effective April 1, 2007. She joined ITT in 2005 as the President of Residential and Commercial Water.

Prior to that, McClain was the Vice President and General Manager of the Aviation, Helicopter and Commercial Electronics Systems Group for Honeywell Corporation. While at that company, she held vice president and general manager positions in a number of divisions focusing on engineering, technology, systems and program management. Earlier in her career, McClain was a senior leader in guiding space shuttle and space station initiatives for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. She holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Utah.
