Goulds Pumps Introduces New High Temperature Process Pump

Seneca Falls, NY-Goulds Pumps, one of the fluid businesses of ITT Industries, has introduced the Model HT3196 ANSI pump high temperature process pump.

Centerline mounted in a heavy duty fabricated steel casing support, the Model HT3196 minimizes shaft misalignment and piping strain associated with elevated temperatures up to 700°F. Available in twenty-eight sizes, offered in 316ss, CD4Mcu, Alloy-20, and Hastelloy-C liquid end construction, this eighth member of the ANSI pump family features Goulds’ premier X-series power end, multiple seal chamber options including the Taper Bore Plus®, and a wide variety of rigid and rugged mounting systems.

The HT3196 harnesses over fifty years of superior design technology in chemical process fluid pumping and product expertise in the high temperature process pump market. The result is the world’s most rugged high temperature process pump built in the envelope of a simple ANSI dimensional design while optimizing parts interchangeability with the world’s most popular and most reliable ANSI pump.

Goulds also offers retrofit kits that consist of 300 lb.raised face flanged casing, casing support, grafoil gaskets, high strength bolting, and finned tube oil cooler in a concise package to convert standard Model 3196 pumps.
