GEA Concludes the Sale of its Production Site in Château-Thierry

EDF has appointed Celeros Flow Technology (Celeros FT) as its preferred supplier of RPE pumps for the upgrade of its existing PWR fleet of nuclear reactors in France. The contract was formally signed by Jose Larios, CEO of Celeros FT, and Mr. Christophe Chanut, Deputy Director of EDF DIPDE (Division Ingénierie du Parc et De l’Environnement), at WNE 2023 in Paris recently.

Celeros Flow Technology brand ClydeUnion Pumps has secured a major Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with EDF which will see it provide dedicated pump maintenance and spares services across the customer’s entire network of nuclear power stations in France. The multi-million Euros contract cements the strategic lifecycle partnership between the two companies for a further 10 years.

The Wilo Group’s French subsidiary, Wilo Intec, has received the “Vitrine Industrie du Futur” label. The award recognizes efforts to achieve operational excellence through projects aimed at equipping employees with modern tools that enable easy and autonomous management of activities.

At the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in April 2023, the Board of Directors of GF is to propose Ms. Michelle Wen for election as new board member.
