GEA Concludes the Sale of its Production Site in Château-Thierry

GEA successfully concluded the sale of its GEA Westfalia Separator Production France SAS entity, i.e. its French standard separators production facility and the respective real estate in Château-Thierry (Hauts-de-France region) to the French industrial group Altifort as planned.

This is an important step towards the streamlining of GEA s global production footprint. The transaction allows the preservation of all related jobs. To enable a smooth transition for all parties, a transitional period of up to two years has been agreed by the parties ensuring the purchase of relevant manufacturing services from the site. The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details of the transaction.
