Gardner Denver Receives Substantial Drilling Pump Order

QUINCY, Ill., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Gardner Denver, Inc. (NYSE: GDI) announced today that it has received a substantial order for drilling pumps from Helmerich & Payne International Drilling Co., a subsidiary of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (NYSE: HP). The amount of the order is in excess of $12 million and requires deliveries throughout the remainder of 2001 and mid-2002.
