FSA Appoints Greg Raty to Board of Directors

The Fluid Sealing Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Raty to its Board of Directors. Mr. Raty is Vice President of Slade, Inc. in Statesville, North Carolina.

Mr. Raty joined Slade in 1996 and is currently the Vice President, responsible for global expansion as well as the day to day operations. Slade’s exports now make up over 60% of their business and cover over 55 countries throughout the world. In the past five years, Mr. Raty has traveled to over 35 countries establishing distribution for the company.

Previously, Mr. Raty worked for a large publishing firm in New York for 13 years, where his experience included expansion within a network of over 100 branches in over 230 countries. He was also heavily involved in the management of funds and real estate.

Mr. Raty also serves the Fluid Sealing Association as Chairman of the Compression Packing Division and as a member of the Strategic Planning and Publicity Committees.
