Foundation Of Romanian Representation

For many years the companies Bänninger, Reiskirchen and ASV Stübbe, Vlotho cultivate good business connections. Both companies are members of the Group AZ. To be close to the Romanian market both decided to set up a common marketing company in Romania, BAENNINGER STUEBBE ROMANIA SRL.

This company was established in June 2002. The managing director is Mr. Marius Miclea.

It took up residence in the northwest of Romania, in Baia Mare, from where Bänninger products as well as ASV Stübbe products will be sold. The range of products includes fittings, valves and pumps made of different thermoplastic materials.

The range of applications is from water and natural gas supply, sewage water disposal up to plants for highly aggressive fluids used in the chemical industry and galvanotechnics.
