Flowserve Unveils Industry’s First Lifetime Pump Warranty

Marking another industry milestone, Flowserve Corporation is unveiling a new lifetime warranty on all Durco Mark 3 ANSI pump models fitted with the ANSI 3A power end.

Benefiting from this unique warranty will be purchasers of the following Mark 3 models:

  • ANSI Standard
  • Lo-Flo
  • Unitized Self-primer
  • Recessed Impeller
  • Sealmatic
  • In-line
  • PolyChem S-Series

Underscoring the Flowserve commitment to engineering, manufacturing and design excellence, the new warranty builds upon the Pump Division’s existing lifetime casting warranty. Available at no additional cost to customers, the warranty attests to the company’s belief that its Mark 3 ANSI pumps and its ANSI 3A power ends are best of class.

Under the terms of the warranty, Flowserve will repair or replace free of charge any pump component that fails over the life of the pump as a direct result of defective materials or workmanship. Failures due to normal wear, abuse, or misapplication are excluded. The warranty applies to original purchasers only and is contingent on the use of genuine Flowserve parts.
