Flowserve Names Zac Nagle Vice President

Flowserve announced that Zac Nagle has joined the company as vice president of investor relations. Nagle will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison between Flowserve and the investment and analyst communities and will report to Chief Financial Officer Mark Blinn.

"Zac brings to Flowserve a deep understanding of the financial markets and the commitment to provide both open and transparent communications with our investors," Blinn said. "His broad experience in both financial and operational organizations will clearly benefit Flowserve and its shareholders."

Nagle previously served as senior vice president of competitive planning and analysis for Computer Associates in New York, NY. He also held several positions with Dell Inc., including finance director for the U.S. Consumer Division, director and general manager of the U.S. Consumer Retail Division, director of business planning and director of investor relations. Zac was also senior finance manager for Procter and Gamble.

He holds a master of business administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor of arts in economics and business from the University of Notre Dame.
