The Weir Group PLC announces that Dr Chris Fay and David Newlands duly retired as Directors on 15 May 2003 following the 109th Annual General Meeting, having intimated their intention not to stand for re-election at the said meeting.
At the 109th Annual General Meeting of the company all of the resolutions set out in the notice of the meeting were duly passed.
