Espa promotes the International fbr Award 2002

12.12.2001

The limitations and disadvantages of the conventional drinking water supply and wastewater treatment are becoming more recognisable due to the development in the water and supply prices. In order to give young academics an incentive to take part in the development of methods alternative to the conventional ones, Espa and the fbr awards, for the first time internationally, a 5.000 EUR promotion prize.

For the awarding of the prize, study, project and diploma works are sought which deal with aspects of greywater and rainwater use in households and industry and which have been evaluated as above the average. Decisive is, the work ultimately contributes to an interesting improvement or progress in the field of sustainable water supply and distribution.

The promotion prize 2002, sponsored by ESPA, will be awarded in spring 2002 within the fbr members meeting.

Details you will find at the ESPA website.
