Energy Efficiency in Building Services Applications

As every year, KSB Aktiengesellschaft is offering a wide variety of technical seminars. Under the title Energy Efficiency in Building Services Applications’ the pump manufacturer provides in-depth technical knowledge on the energy-efficient use of pumps and valves to consultants and contractors from the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning as well as plumbing sectors.

The aim of the seminar is to introduce to and familiarise participants with the German Energy-Saving Ordinance (Energieeinspar-verordnung - EnEV 2007) including the amendments that will come into force in October 2009.

On the basis of the legal framework of the German Energy Saving Act (Energieeinsparungsgestz – EnEG), the German Energy-Saving Ordinance (EnEV) stipulates standard technical requirements for efficient energy use in residential and non-residential buildings.

Practical examples are used to show participants how they can offer added benefits to their customers, and thereby enhance their own competitiveness.
