"The Eaton Electrical name allows us to emphasize the company's solid reputation on a global scale, reinforcing our rich history and leading position in the electrical business," said Randy Carson, Eaton senior vice president and group executive for Eaton Electrical. "Our product brands Cutler-Hammer®, Heinemann®, MEM®, HolecTM and others will be able to grow under the Eaton Electrical group umbrella.

We recognize the strong awareness of these brands and will continue using them in our products, marketing and sales efforts."
