Eaton Announces the New Vickers™ M Series Open Circuit Piston Pump

31.01.2001

EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA… Eaton announces the introduction of the new Vickers™‚ M Series open circuit piston pump. Available in four frame sizes with a pressure capability up to 320 bar intermittent at very low noise levels, these are the pumps of choice for quiet operation. M Series pumps are 60% quieter than our earlier generation industrial design pumps.

Many of the extra-cost optional features found in other pumps are standard items. All PVM models ship with the Adjustable Maximum Stop, Inlet and Outlet Ports, and Drain Ports allowing shaft-up installations. Standard features reduce installed and operating costs and can help lower inventory stocking requirements. Easy installation on hydraulic power units is achieved through SAE 2 and 4-bolt mounting pilots with straight key and spline shafts. Eight displacements are currently available for the North American market.

PVM018, 18 cc @ 280 bar

PVM020, 20 cc @ 230 bar

PVM045, 45 cc @ 280 bar

PVM050, 50 cc @ 230 bar

PVM057, 57 cc @ 280 bar

PVM063, 63 cc @ 230 bar

PVM131, 131 cc @ 280 bar

PVM141, 141 cc @ 230 bar

Chlorine Gas Systems: New Electric Safety Valve Makes the System Safer

13.12.2024 -

Chlorine gas plays a key role in the disinfection of drinking and industrial water. However, handling the chemical can pose considerable health risks – from irritation of the eyes to fatal pulmonary oedema. To further improve occupational safety during use, Lutz-Jesco has developed the VakuStop – a vacuum regulator for dosing systems that is equipped with an emergency stop function to prevent uncontrolled chlorine gas leaks directly at the chlorine gas tank in the event of an emergency.
