Dresser-Rand Announces Leadership Changes
Dresser-Rand Group Inc. announced that Jesus Pacheco has been appointed executive vice president, New Equipment Worldwide, and Bradford W. (Brad) Dickson has been appointed vice president and chief marketing officer. Pacheco will be responsible for leading the new equipment sales and client services functions worldwide and will be responsible for overseeing the Steam Turbine Strategic Business Unit.
Pacheco joined Dresser-Rand in 1990 as an application engineer. Most recently, he was vice president, Client Services, for new equipment, with responsibility for the Americas and the European Served Area. Pacheco holds a B.S.E in mechanical engineering and a BS in economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
Dickson will be responsible for the corporate marketing and market services function, for continued oversight of the Government Strategic Business Unit, and the strategic leadership role for product management initiatives for the new equipment and aftermarket businesses. He will work on brand identity and will continue to play an integral role in the solutions development process as Dresser-Rand creates new and improved products to meet future market demands. Dickson has 30 years of service with Dresser-Rand, including the past seven years as executive vice president, New Equipment Worldwide. Dickson holds a BS in engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
