Distributor Appointments at Flygt in Canada
ITT Flygt will distribute Thompson Pump in Canada. Further, the company announces the appointment of a new distributor in the Montréal region.
ITT Flygt, the leading supplier of submersible pumps and mixer Technology is appointed the Master Distributor for Thompson Pump in Canada.
Thompson Pump was founded in Port Orange, Florida in 1970, and they are now one of the largest manufacturers of self-priming engine driven pumps and pumping systems in North America. The Thompson line of products include Trash pumps, Silent pumps and High pressure pumps with flow up to 695 l/s and heads up to 150 m.
As a Master Distributor, Flygt Canada will provide new product sales, parts sales, and service support to its new and existing customers. All Canadian inquires that were previously sent to Thompson in Florida will be directed to Flygt Canada.
ITT Flygt will be promoting and selling the Thompson products to all its markets. Thompson pumps have been sold in Canada for many years to a wide range of customers. Some of these markets served are municipalities, industry, construction, mining, quarries, and the fishing industry.
Thompson engine driven pumps now complement the existing Flygt Submersibles pump family and are also available for rent through Flygt's new division Flygt Dewatering.
Furthermore, ITT Flygt announced the appointment of Pompes industrielles Launier Inc. (Trois-Rivières, Québec) to a new distributor in the Montréal region.
