David Devonshire Joins Roper Industries Board of Directors

Roper Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) announced that David W. Devonshire, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Motorola, Inc., has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Devonshire has been appointed to the audit and the governance committees. He succeeds Luitpold von Braun, who reached the Board’s mandatory retirement age.

BPMA Welcomes its New President

The position was officially passed on during the BPMA’s Annual General Meeting and follows the two-year term in office by the previous President, Dale Croker, Managing Director of KSB UK.
