Crane Appoints New Director of Investor Relations

Crane Co. appoints Richard Koch to the position of director of investor relations. Mr. Koch brings to Crane Co. more than thirty-six years of corporate experience in investor relations, public affairs, business planning and engineering.

Most recently, Mr. Koch was Vice President, Investor Relations and Public Affairs at Olin Corporation. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Koch's career at Olin included positions in finance, business planning, human resources and corporate development. Mr. Koch formerly worked at Sargent & Lundy Engineers and served as an instructor and department head at the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School.

Mr. Koch received his M.B.A from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer.
