Change in the Management Board as Planned

After the successful completion of the restructuring of CHRIST and the planned expiry of his one year-contract as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Serge Schmitt has retired from the Executive Board of Christ Water Technology AG as of September 2009.

Serge Schmitt has been dedicating himself to CHRIST for more than 30 years. He was of utmost support to the Group, especially in the past difficult year during the profound transformation of the company. Mr. Schmitt will continue to work for the company as a technical consultant to the Executive Board. He is also remaining President of the Board of several Group companies of the Ultrapure Water Division.
