Bigger market-place for IWEX 2001
With over 60 years in the exhibitions and technical publishing business, and a longstanding relationship with the water industry, no one is better qualified than Turret RAI to organise the UK's premier international water and effluent treatment exhibition.
IWEX has been Turret RAI's flagship shows for 14 years and is now staged every two years, in the heart of the country, at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham.
Major Conference
As well as the extraction, storage, treatment and supply of potable and process water; industrial and municipal effluent; plus sewage disposal, IWEX now also covers associated products and services in other utility sectors. IWEX also hosts the Foundation for Water Research (FWR) Conference as well as Technology Platforms in conjunction with Cranfield University.
Leading Journals
The world's leading water industry journals attend and support IWEX. Among them are the titles published by Turret RAI, which also organises IWEX. These include Wet News, Water Services and Water & Environment International together with the annual Who's Who in Water (on behalf of Water UK).
Bigger market-place for IWEX 2001
IWEX 2001 is breaking new ground and attracting many new and additional exhibitors. By expanding its horizons to embrace additional utility sectors new to the Show the event is generating a record number of enquiries from exhibitors and potential visitors alike, especially from those whose products and services are suited to a wide range of other utilities.
"IWEX 2001 will remain the UK's premier showcase for the world's water and waste water industries, but following strong interest from other utility sectors and in consultation with regular exhibitors, Turret RAI, the organisers decided to expand significantly the scope of the Show", explains IWEX sales director Paul Tweedale.
More weight - more potential
"Gas, electricity and cable services industry buyers, for example, will now find it very worthwhile to spend time at IWEX 2001, and we have augmented our well proven marketing programmes to accurately target this exciting new exhibitor and visitor potential."
"IWEX 2001 now also caters for products and services suited to other utilities. It's already clear that this broader product and market-place mix has added weight to the Show, creating significant further interest from home and overseas, in sectors such as pipe systems, valves, meters, asset management, consultancy services and many others. Alongside the new exhibitors we have attracted, many regular exhibitors have taken larger stands to accommodate a broader spectrum of their products"
