Baker Hughes Names Stephen K. Ellison as President of Baker Atlas

Baker Hughes Incorporated announced that Stephen K. "Steve" Ellison has been appointed President of Baker Atlas and Vice President of Baker Hughes Incorporated and is expected to assume his duties by May 1, 2007, succeeding Paul Butero who was recently appointed President, INTEQ. Mr. Ellison reports to Martin Craighead, Group President, Drilling and Evaluation.

Biography

Mr. Ellison (48) is currently Vice President, Baker Atlas Middle East and Asia Pacific. He joined Baker Hughes as a field engineer for Baker Atlas in 1979. Since then he has held a variety of operations, technical and management positions in Europe, the United States, Asia and the Middle East. Mr. Ellison holds a Bachelor degree in Physics from Oxford University.
